Saad Al Doseri is the Founder of Saad Jaber Al Doseri Attorneys at Law and Legal Counsels. Gained enriching experience throughout his career beginning from Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, then setting up at Al Tamimi & Company’s Bahrain’s office. Saad has significantly and effectively contributed to the setup and the success of Al Tamimi's law firm in Bahrain since its establishment in 2014, being the first lawyer to join the firm. During his career Saad has represented clients both in private practice and in-house, including banks, family run businesses, and multi-national corporate clients. Saad is a qualified Bahraini (bilingual) lawyer before the courts in Bahrain and is a sole qualified mediator. Saad is also an accredited arbitrator by the Ministry of Justice and the Courts of Bahrain. He has assisted clients in litigation and generally in dispute resolution matters and has acted on some occasions as corporate legal counsel for key clients. Saad also advises and represents high profile clients in various fields such as: commercial, civil, criminal and labour disputes and acted for a range of corporate and investment banking clients. Saad also acted as counsel in some arbitration disputes before GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and the BCDR.
